I need help logging in to the pension finding service


We are no longer taking new requests to find lost pensions.  

If you already started a pension search, you need to log in to your account. This account is not linked to your Vanguard account. We use a company called Raindrop to help us deliver the pension finding service.

You can request a new password there and get help on logging in.

If there is any information saved in your account you want to keep, for example policy numbers, pension provider names, please save it before 27 September 2024 to make sure you have a copy for your records. This is to make sure you do not lose the information after the closure of the service.
