We’re delighted to have been named a Which? Recommended Provider for our stocks and shares individual savings account (ISA) for a sixth consecutive year in Which?’s annual survey of investment platforms.

After surveying over 4,000 customers and comparing 17 investment platforms, Which? concluded that Vanguard’s ISA “is one of the cheapest options for any portfolio size”. We also received four out of five stars for our ISA’s ease of use.

In presenting the results, Which? said investors could save hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds each year by switching provider. “These savings will make a big difference throughout the inevitable ups and downs in 2024,” it said.

Getting a sixth straight Which? endorsement underscores how much investors appreciate our commitment to helping them reach their goals. It’s not just about how little they pay but also about the quality of their experiences with us.

One of our customers said: “I see them as the leaders in the industry. They have the easiest user-friendly interface and experienced customer service.”

We will work hard to retain our customers’ trust and promise to continue improving.

We’ve been standing up for investors since 1975 and we have no plans to ever sit down.
