You'll need to tell us:
- the name of your existing provider
- your account or policy number with your existing provider
- the estimated value of your transfer
- the value of any Vanguard funds you hold with your existing provider (if any)
If you don’t already have a Vanguard account, we’ll also need your personal details, including your National Insurance number.
