If you’d like to change the bank account details we have saved for you, either for making withdrawals or paying fees you can follow these steps:
Log into your account.
Select ‘My profile’ from the ‘My Portfolio’ menu.
Click ‘Remove’ in the ‘Bank account’ section and follow the on-screen instructions to remove your existing bank account.
Once you’ve removed your existing bank account, you can add a new one, by clicking ‘Add’ in the ‘Bank account’ section.
Once you've entered your new details we'll send you a text message containing a verification code. Enter that code on the page and click ‘Save’.
We may need to ask you for extra information to verify your new bank account details. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with further details.
