You can upload your documents to the Documents section of your online account.
The formats can be a scanned copy, PDF or a photo. The uploaded document must show the entire document. Cropped or blurred images will not be accepted. Do not redact any information as this will invalidate the document.
If you experience problems with uploading .jpg files, we have found that uploading PDF versions of documents is the most successful which you can convert to by saving your file as a PDF.
To upload a document:
Log in to your online account.
From the left-hand menu choose Documents.
Choose the Documents tab.
Choose the upload button.
Select the document name from the dropdown menu and Locate file.
When you have chosen the file you want press Upload.
Once uploaded, we'll review them within 5 working days. We'll send you a secure message to let you know once our checks are complete or if there are any further requirements.
