What are the cut off times for buying and selling funds?

It depends on whether it’s a mutual fund or an ETF.

ETFs

These are traded twice a day at 10:15 and 14:10 using our bulk dealing service. Alternatively, you can buy and sell them in real time using our quote and deal service between 8.30am and 4.30pm. This comes at a cost of £7.50 per trade.

Mutual funds

These only ‘trade’ once a day – and each fund has a cut off time, after which a buy or sell order cannot go through until the next day. This cut-off time varies from fund to fund. You can find the cut off time for a specific fund by finding the fund in our fund list, the dealing deadline is under Key fund facts.
