How can someone pay into a Junior ISA?

A Junior ISA can only be opened by a parent or legal guardian. However, others can gift money to the child’s account once set up. 

They will need: 

  • Junior Account reference or JISA product number

  • Junior Account holder's legal first name

  • Junior Account holder's last name

The annual allowance for a Junior ISA is currently £9,000 a year.
