What’s targeted support?
It's normal to feel nervous or confused when you think about investing. There’s a lot of information and taking your first step can be overwhelming.
Targeted support is a new way for companies to offer more help. We first ask you a few questions, such as what you're saving for and how you feel about risk. We then use these answers to suggest a suitable investment.
The investment we suggest won’t be unique to you. With targeted support, people with similar characteristics will get the same suggestion.
At the moment, Vanguard’s targeted support service is only available to new clients.
