We’ve launched three new global equity ETFs!

Discover Vanguard's three new global equity ETFs, including the FTSE Global All-Cap ETF. Find out how our expanded range offers more ways to invest globally through simple, low-cost ETF solutions.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of three new global equity exchange-traded funds (ETFs), marking a significant expansion of our global ETF range.

Leading the launch is the Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF, which provides a simple way to invest in companies of all sizes – from the world’s largest businesses to smaller companies – through a single investment.

We’re also launching an ETF that focuses on smaller companies from around the world and another that provides exposure to companies outside the US.

Together, the new ETFs give investors more choice in how they invest globally, while staying true to Vanguard’s commitment to long-term, low-cost investing.

Global All-Cap: more of the world in one investment

Many investors want to invest in global stock markets, but this can sometimes mean combining different investments that each cover different regions or types of companies.

The Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF is designed to make things simpler. Through a single ETF, investors can gain exposure to over 7,000 large, medium and small companies across a wide range of countries – in developed and emerging markets – and industries.

Investors may already be familiar with the Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF, one of our existing global equity ETFs. The FTSE All-World ETF focuses on large and medium-sized companies, whereas the new FTSE Global All-Cap ETF also includes smaller businesses, helping investors spread their money across more of the global market.

With a fee of only 0.07%, it’s also a price leader in its category.

More ways to shape your portfolio

Some investors may want more specific types of exposure within their portfolio, and that’s where the other two new ETFs come in.

The Vanguard FTSE Global Small-Cap UCITS ETF focuses on smaller companies from around the world. Many global portfolios are heavily weighted towards larger businesses, particularly some of the world's biggest technology companies. With a fee of 0.22%, this ETF provides a low-cost way to invest in thousands of smaller businesses that are often missing in broader global portfolios.

The Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-U.S. UCITS ETF provides exposure to large and medium-sized companies from countries outside the US. Some investors already have US-focused investments and want a simple way to invest across the rest of the world. With a fee of 0.12%, this ETF offers a simple, low-cost way to do just that.

More choice for global investors

Every investor is different. Some prefer a simple way to invest globally, while others prefer a more tailored approach.

These launches are all about giving investors more choice, while staying true to our long-standing commitment to simple, low-cost investing.

Investment risk information

The value of investments, and the income from them, may fall or rise and investors may get back less than they invested.

Some funds invest in emerging markets which can be more volatile than more established markets. As a result the value of your investment may rise or fall. Investments in smaller companies may be more volatile than investments in well-established blue-chip companies.

ETF shares can be bought or sold only through a broker. Investing in ETFs entails stockbroker commission and a bid-offer spread which should be considered fully before investing.

The Funds may use derivatives in order to reduce risk or cost and/or generate extra income or growth. The use of derivatives could increase or reduce exposure to underlying assets and result in greater fluctuations of the Fund's net asset value. A derivative is a financial contract whose value is based on the value of a financial asset (such as a share, bond, or currency) or a market index.

Some funds invest in securities which are denominated in different currencies. Movements in currency exchange rates can affect the return of investments.
