Why is there a pending buy order on my account I did not place?


The pending order could be your upcoming regular payment. 

This appears as pending 8 working days before the next payment date. You can see this by:

  • Logging in to your account.

  • From the left-hand menu, go to 'Transactions'.

  • Choose the 'Cash statement' tab, where you can view your payment details.

If you want to cancel the buy order you can do this up to the scheduled payment date:

  • Log in to your account.

  • From the left-hand menu, go to 'Transactions'.

  • On the 'Orders' tab, choose the '+' next to the order and confirm the cancellation.
