The pending order could be your upcoming regular payment.
This appears as pending 8 working days before the next payment date. You can see this by:
Logging in to your account.
From the left-hand menu, go to 'Transactions'.
Choose the 'Cash statement' tab, where you can view your payment details.
If you want to cancel the buy order you can do this up to the scheduled payment date:
Log in to your account.
From the left-hand menu, go to 'Transactions'.
On the 'Orders' tab, choose the '+' next to the order and confirm the cancellation.
