Why is my order pending?

If you’ve made a regular payment

When we receive a buy order from you it could show as 'pending' for up to 8 working days before your regular payment date. It will then take up to 4 working days to complete.

If you’ve paid by debit card

If you’ve made a payment by debit card it can take up to 4 working days.

This is part of the fund dealing process while your order completes and settles, so do not worry if your deal is showing as 'pending' for a few days.
