Why can't I see my investments in my account?


If you've just made an investment, please note that it will take a few days to appear in your account. This is because it takes time for your investment to settle, i.e. for the transfer of cash and assets to complete. In some instances we might also be waiting for some documentation from you, so check your secure messages. If you haven't just made an investment, and you've checked your secure account page and we're not waiting for any documentation, please call us on 0800 587 0460 and we'll look into it.
