My bank is not listed when I try to make a payment or withdrawal. What should I do?


We only accept payments from, and withdrawals to, banks and building societies that:

  • have a UK banking licence

  • are regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority

Check the Bank of England’s list of banks incorporated in the UK to see if your bank or building society is included. If it’s on the Bank of England’s list, please call us on 0800 587 0460.

If it’s not, you’ll need to use an account with a bank or building society that is on the Bank of England’s list.
