I switched bank accounts - will my regular payment continue as normal?

If you've moved bank accounts, make sure to update your bank details under My Profile in your online account.  
If you add a new bank account, you'll need to set up your regular payment again. You can do this in Payments in your online account. We then send a Direct Debit mandate to your new bank. 
If there are any issues with collecting your regular payment, we'll let you know.

Your new bank account will need to be verified.
