I live in a care home, how do I provide address verification?


If you do not have any documents to verify your address, we can accept a letter from your care home.   

This letter must:  

  • be on the care home's letter headed paper  
  • include your name and date of birth  
  • confirm period of residency in home  
  • be signed and dated by the care home manager  
       

The letter can then be uploaded to Documents in your online account or posted to us at the address below:

We will then review this and tell you once our checks are complete or if we need anything further.
