I get an error when trying to withdraw money

If you get an error message saying: ‘Not available. Withdrawal is not available for selected amount’.

This could be because: 

  • your bank account isn’t verified

  • you don’t have enough cash to cover a pending fee

  • your account is not fully active. For example, you are closing your account
