How do I verify my bank account?

Your bank account must already be verified in order to:

  • withdraw cash
  • set up a Direct Debit
  • make a bank transfer

How to verify your bank account

You can verify your bank account with either a:

  • UK personal account bank statement
  • voided cheque

UK personal account bank statement

  • Dated within the last 3 months
  • Photo, PDF or scan only – no screenshots
  • Cannot be a bank letter or a credit card statement
  • Cannot be the same bank statement you used to verify your address – send us a bank statement with a different date
  • Must show all of the bank statement, with nothing covered up
  • Not blurred

Voided cheque
