How do I generate a document?


Every 3 months we upload a regular statement to Documents in your online account. You can also generate statements, valuations and other reports using the Report Generator in Documents.

Here you will also see other documents such as:

  • contract notes

  • declarations

  • key features documents

To generate a document:

  • Log in to your online account.

  • From the left-hand menu choose Documents.

  • Choose the Documents tab.

  • You will see a section called Report generator. Choose the button 'Go'. This will give you a dropdown menu where you can choose the document you want. Choose the button 'Generate'.

  • This will add the document to the list in the Documents tab where you can download it to your device by using the arrow icon on the right-hand side.
