How do I change my password?


If you'd like to change your password you can follow these steps:

  • Log into your account.

  • From the left-hand menu go to My profile.

  • Choose the Security tab.

  • Under Settings go to Edit next to Password.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need to enter your old password for security reasons, and make sure that your new password meets the conditions.

  • Choose Save and your password will be updated. Next time you log in, you'll need to use your new password.

If you want to be granted access to view someone else’s account, please ask them to do the same within their Vanguard account.
