Can I cancel or edit a regular payment?

Yes, you can.

By following these steps:

  • Log in to your account.

  • From the left-hand menu, go to 'Payments'.

  • On the tab 'Money in', you will see all your 'Regular monthly payments'.

  • Choose the 3 grey dots next to your existing regular payment under Actions.

  • 'Cancel' to remove all future payments.

  • 'Edit' to adjust the amount, date or fund you're investing in.

Any changes need to be made at least 8 working days before the next payment date otherwise it will still be taken.

If we try to collect the Direct Debit and it has been cancelled and you do not have money available in your account, we sell your holdings to recover the payment, starting with your largest mutual fund holding. We let you know by secure message 6 working days before we sell anything. This gives you time to pay another way.
