Can I add my family's accounts to mine to reach the capped fee amount?

No, the account fee cap is based on the balance of all Vanguard investment accounts held in your name. You can’t add your family’s accounts to reach the capped amount for the account fee – even if it’s your spouse’s account.

If you have opened a Junior ISA for a child then this account will be treated as part of your account and count towards the fee cap, until your child turns 18.
