Vanguard’s platform for individual investors celebrated its fifth birthday recently. In those five years, more than 425,000 of you have heeded our call to demand more from your investments and joined us.

Bringing value to investors has been our quest ever since we began as a business in the United States in 1975, and it’s something we strive to continue doing in the UK.

So we are proud to say once again that we have been named a Which? Recommend Provider for Investment Platforms. It’s the fourth year in a row that we have been recognised this way by our clients.

We won’t be resting on our laurels though. We know we can always improve and will work towards doing just that during what is a testing time for the global economy and for investment markets generally.

So it’s reassuring to know that of all the investment platforms out there, ours was the one Which? said was best for value for money, with a market-leading overall customer-satisfaction score of 76%.

A five-year wood anniversary hardly compares with a 70-year Jubilee. But we hope to get there too one day as we continue to do everything we can to bring real value to investors and give them the best chance for investment success.
